At AfriXpress , we strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation and exchange policy before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of placement.

After 5 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support at afrixpress1@outlook.com with your order number.

 

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 5 hours of placing the order.

After 5 hours, no exchanges will be accepted unless the product is defective upon delivery.

To request an exchange, contact customer support with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the item).

 

3. No Exceptions After 5 Hours

Once the 5-hour window has passed, all orders are considered final.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before confirming payment.
