- All prices are listed in Gambian Dalasi (GMD) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

- Payment for products must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods listed in the app.

6. Shipping and Delivery  

- We aim to deliver products within the estimated time frame, but we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Once the product is delivered and you confirm receipt, the ownership and risk of loss will pass to you.

You agree to use the AfriXpress app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to engage in fraudulent activities or any behavior that could harm our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfriXpress will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the products purchased.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes that arise from or relate to these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of The Gambia.
